Dexscreener's site screener is behind Cloudflare and its API has no filter, so this is built from the six "latest" feeds (profiles, profile updates, boosts, top boosts, community takeovers, ads) polled every couple of minutes and remembered. Ran past does not mean is at: a token that touched $1.3M an hour ago and sits at $900k now is ran, now below, and its peak is the number that matters. Each row says what it rests on — observed (this scanner watched it happen), candles (the pool's own 15-minute highs and lows, which reach back before we were watching and catch peaks between our samples), or inferred (Dexscreener's 1h/6h price change, assuming fixed supply — leads, not facts). Only tokens with a paid Dexscreener profile carry socials, and those are exactly the tokens the feeds show. Export JSON carries every link, the market-cap history and the candles for the analysis step.
